Theatre seating .

Plush seating and superb acoustics in the Maritime Museum's theatre ensure you won’t miss a moment. The first four rows feature small pull-up side tables for convenient note-taking (first come, first served!)

Be it a keynote, panel or presentation, all Summit sessions take place in the theatre, which is in the heart of the venue and fully accessible. It's also located right next to the Tasman Gallery Room where we’ll be enjoying meals and refreshments during the breaks.

Meet and mingle

Drinks on the HMAS Vampire .

Want to mingle with some of the Summit's expert speakers, and get to know other participants? Join us for an exclusive pre-Summit event.

As cocktail parties go, this event will be kinda spesh: it’ll be held on the helipad of HMAS Vampire, one of the largest destroyers built in Australia (and the country’s largest museum vessel). Join us for cocktails and canapés from caterers Sydney Restaurant Group from 6-9pm on Sept 14, to kick off the Summit in true style.

How's the serenity?

Harbour location .

Need a little downtime during the breaks? We hear you - and it’s easy to grab a takeaway cuppa and a snack from the Tasman Gallery Room and head outside to the harbour.

If you attend with friends (or make new ones!) you’re also in one of Sydney’s best locations to grab a drink or a bite to eat after the day is done. (Our favourite spots are in the FAQ).
